Rajan Rengarajan - Founder
Rajan’s key Role in Igo Solutions is to ensure that the company’s medium term and long-term strategy is implemented in the most efficient way. Rajan also manages key projects within Igo Solutions that are delivering innovation and value to its customers at the heartbeat of their operations. Rajan has also played a key role in automating numerous terminals (Euromax Rotterdam, Abu Dhabi Terminal, Jebel Ali Terminals 3,4, Victoria International Container, Adani Vizhinjam Port), and in creating IGO’s key Products that are now used by many of IGO clients. Prior to Igo Solutions, Rajan was Chief Information Officer at P&O Ports India for South Asia (SA) and Middle East (ME). Rajan was also on the board of P&O Ports SA & ME. Rajan holds degrees in Statistics from PSG College, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and a Masters of Computer Applications(MCA) from St. Joseph’s College Trichy Tamil Nadu. Rajan has also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from India’s Leading Management school, IIM Ahmedabad.
Jay Pandya - Founder
Jay’s key Role in Igo Solutions is to ensure that the company’s medium term and long-term strategy is implemented in the most efficient way. Jay also manages key projects within Igo Solutions that are delivering innovation and value to its customers at the heartbeat of their operations. Jay has also played a key role in automating terminals (Euromax Rotterdam, Abu Dhabi Terminal, London Gateway, Victoria International Container, Ports of Auckland), and in creating IGO’s key Products that are now used by many of IGO clients. Prior to Igo Solutions, Jay worked as a process improvement and innovation consultant Nedlloyd Lines and then later for P&O Nedlloyd. Jay has also held senior management positions at P&O Ferries and P&O Ports. Jay holds degrees in Computing from the University of Wales, and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Macquarie University, NSW Australia.
Suresh Kumar - Vice President
Suresh’s key role is managing the project deliverables and ensuring the smooth running of the offshore operations. He has been with IGO since the company was founded in 2007 and is actively involved in all the business streams across the organization, effectively managing the core teams. Suresh has played an essential role in many container terminal projects covering Manual, Semi-automated, and Automated operations around the globe. Before IGO Solutions, Suresh worked for Quinnox Consultancy Services, Pune, and was deputed to client locations HSBC (Pune) and Barclays in Mumbai. Suresh Kumar holds an engineering graduation from Madras University, Tamil Nadu.
Venkadesh - Vice President
Venkadesh Subbiah major role in Igo Solutions is starting from Requirement Gathering till Implementation of the Automation Solutions to the Green Field and Brown Field projects. Venkadesh Subbiah also specialist in Integration of Terminal systems and creating the TOS, ECS & allied systems requirements for automated port solutions. Venkadesh Subbiah has also played multiple roles like tester, test manager, business process expert, system integrator in automating numerous terminals (Euromax Rotterdam, Abu Dhabi Terminal, London Gateway, Victoria International Container, Masdar, Ports of Auckland, Adani Vizhinjam Port), and in creating IGO’s key Products that are now used by many of IGO clients. Prior to Igo Solutions, Venkadesh Subbiah was Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Zensar Technologies Pune, PeopleSoft India & Developer at SRM Systems and Software handled ERP & Service Oriented projects. Venkadesh Subbiah holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from PSNA College, Dindigul, Tamil Nadu.
Sugith - Associate Vice President
With over 15 years of expertise in the technology and container terminal industry, Sugith specializes in managing testing practices at IGO Solutions, leading Quality Assurance (QA) and validation services. In this role, Sugith ensures seamless software integration with terminal operations, driving innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance in complex operational environments. Sugith has also played a key role in automated testing and led QA activities across various terminals, including Euromax, Abu Dhabi Terminals, London Gateway, Jebel Ali T3, Victoria International Container Terminal, Ports of Auckland, APM Terminals and Adani Tanzania International Container Terminal. Sugith holds Bachelor of Engineering degree from SRM College in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Viswanathan Gopalan - Cheif Information Security Officer
Viswanathan Gopalan’s key Role in Igo Solutions is to ensure that the company’s Processes and Compliances are applied as effectively as possible. At Igo Solutions, Viswanathan Gopalan is also in charge of general administration, PMO duties, and information security regulations. Viswanathan Gopalan worked for Expertus Infotech Chennai, where he handled project management and other testing-related tasks, before joining Igo Solutions. Viswanathan Gopalan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mookambigai College of Engineering, Trichy, Tamil Nadu, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Madurai Kamraj University , Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
